Revenues
All monies are handled transparently and in integrity. BCS is in charge of ensuring the proper collection and accounting of all revenues. We use an online registration system to ensure accuracy and prompt payment and you can log in and see all the action!
Before camp ever begins we create a budget that we both agree on. And that’s pretty much it… for you. We execute against that plan and give regular updates.
All third-party billing for printing, advertising and other costs are typically paid for by b.c.s. and billed to you in a simple monthly statement. Unlike ad agencies, there is no upcharge, fee, or hidden cost. BCS provides detailed receipts, including postage, 800-numbers, printing, supplies and any other camp materials. All expenses are approved by you and included in the budget.
Accounting
Every dollar spent for the summer program is accounted for and itemized. Every cost, from facility fees, marketing costs, management fees, postage… we account for everything and this is included in your final camp report, delivered in person by BCS.
